Group Practice Ownership: The Good, The Bad, and the WTF

Hey, hey, hey, welcome to the Culture Focused Practice. My name is Dr. Tara Vossenkemper, and I'm here we talk about all things group practice ownership, culture, EOS, and leadership without vagueness, without fluff, without jargon, basically just trying to keep it real with you with regard to group practice ownership.

So I am here for practice owners who are very, very tired of guessing their way through all the things it takes to run a group practice. So hiring, retention, running a team, ensuring that people are engaged, making sure that everyone's on the same page with regard to the vision. Where are you going? Is everybody rowing in the same direction?

Trusting others enough to delegate, getting a leadership team in place, ensuring that it's running smoothly, making sure you're providing quality services. I mean, that list just keeps going on and on. So if any of those things ring true for you, then welcome, welcome, welcome. Come one come all. So this podcast is really about deep dives into practice culture.

So what it is, why it matters, how to try to not screw it up, basically. It's also going to be a lot about EOS for group practices. I love Gino Wickman's work. I love EOS with a passion and a fervor and zest. It's just incredible. So a lot about EOS for group practices, definitely going to focus on leadership and ownership. You don't have to be a practice owner to be here. This is absolutely going to be- hopefully anyway -impactful, effective, helpful for leaders at group practices. And then also, of course, we're going to get into hiring, retention, team dynamics, etc. I love people related stuff. I love the people component of group practice ownership and having a group practice.

So here's what you can expect. A lot of straight talk, a lot of candid conversations. Of course most of this is going to be solo, most of this is going to be solo episodes, but we will for sure have Q and A's where folks come on. We're going to have guest interviews. The length of each episode is just going to vary based on the topic at hand.

So, you know, we might get through some in a matter of five minutes and others might take a solid 50 to, to really like get all the way through. So if this sounds good to you, make sure that you subscribe below and stay with us on this journey. I also really love requests. So if you have anything you want me to focus on, or you have a specific topic that you burning question or just, uh, I don't know if you're interested about something, make sure to let me know.

You can just shoot me an email. You can get online and drop something in the contact form and I'll be sure to speak to that directly. So I am absolutely looking forward to this. I'm really happy that you're here with me and together we are going to make this incredible. Thank you so much. See ya.
